Crescent Dermatology Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible. Every donor receives an official receipt for their records.

Because CDA is a physician-led organization run entirely by volunteer dermatologists—all of whom balance families and full-time careers—the financial support of our community is essential. Your generosity makes it possible for us to:

• Host meetups at major conferences like AAD, ASDS, and ACMS

• Support residents in attending our events—we’ve been able to cover their hotel accommodations, and with more funding, we hope to also cover their travel expenses

• Grow our Annual CDAC Conference each year with expanded programming

• Keep events free or subsidized for members

• Begin offering subsidized opportunities for medical students, in a limited way, based on applications and demonstrated interest from strong dermatology candidates

• Provide scholarships and observership opportunities, including funding for residents to travel and spend time in person with CDA mentors

• Sustain core operations such as legal, accounting, bookkeeping, and coordination
